Irayna Court is MIPH's first permanent housing program with support services for young women, ages 18-21 years old, who have aged out of the State's foster care system.  MIPH provides the staff and support services for these women that will include: life skills building, mental health and substance abuse support, financial literacy, good tenancy, education and career planning, mentoring, and various support groups.

Each young woman will develop a "service plan" that will be worked on while she is at Irayna Court, and it will be MIPH's staff responsibility to provide the needed support for the successful attainment of their goals.

Irayna Court is a collaboration between MIPH and the Reformed Church of Highland Park's Affordable Housing Corp.
